Plot: The web series moves between two timelines. In the past timeline (5 years ago), we see the trio’s life while preparing for UPSC. In the present timeline, we get an idea of what the characters are doing currently, facing the consequences of the decisions that they had taken during their preparation days.

Performances: The cast does their job by delivering strong performances, particularly, Abhilash. He is depicted as a man sandwiched between his ambition and personal life, which is quite relatable in the present time. Guri and SK bring warmth to the table, and their witty humor makes their bond of friendship genuine and grounded.

Direction: The narrative of Aspirants juggles between two timelines– past (UPSC preparation days) and present (post-exam life). The plot is well executed and keeps the audience hooked to their seats, wanting to know more about how each person in the trio evolves after their UPSC journey.
