Amidst the existing tension, new characters like Rati Shankar Shukla (Amrita Singh) and Sharad Shukla (Anjum Sharma) are introduced to change the dynamics of the season.

Setting: The third season is shot in various locations, such as Lucknow, Gorakhpur, Jaunpur, Azamgarh, Ghazipur and Varanasi, in addition to Mirzapur.
