Akshay Kumar’s Housefull 5 Movie is a much awaited comedy multistarrer, also one of the biggest entertainers from Bollywood set to release this year. The cast of Housefull 5 2025 is filled with actors known and unknown to the franchise.
The ones who have already made a name for themselves in the franchise include the constantly leading Akshay Kumar, Ritesh Deshmukh and Chunky Panday. Several other such known names for this franchise include Abhishek Bachchan, Bobby Deol, Jackie Shroff, Shreyas Talpade, Jacqueline Fernandez, Nargis Fakhri, Niktin Dheer, Johnny Lever and Ranjeet.
Meanwhile, there are brand new comical additions to the film’s cast too with new faces joining the popular Housefull 5 cast and the franchise like Nana Patekar, Sonam Bajwa, Chitrangada Singh, Sonam Bajwa, Soundarya Sharma, Fardeen Khan, Dino Morea and Sanjay Dutt.
Earlier, John Abraham was also offered to come back in the film after Housefull 2, the actor said, “I felt there was a better space for me reserved somewhere else.” and hence rejected the film. Anil Kapoor was also offered a role in the film but he rejected it due to fee issues.
Housefull 5 Budget is currently not revealed but it is said to be made as the most expensive Indian comedy movie ever. The film will be directed by Tarun Mansukhnani (Dostana) and produced by Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment. The team of Housefull 5 2025 Movie officially announced the movie on 30 June 2023. The shoot began in September 2024 and wrapped up in December 2024, making it ready for a 2025 release.
According to several reports, Housefull 5 (2025) plot is based on a cruise ship. Two murders will take place at the ship with the complete crew of the film being eyed as suspects. The last time we saw a Bollywood film based on a cruise ship was the 2016 movie Dil Dhadakne Do directed by Zoya Akhtar starring Ranveer Singh. So both these factors combined do largely justify the film’s extraordinarily large cast.
