In this era of back-to-back sequels to old films, Jolly LLB 3 (2025) is one of the most awaited movies of Akshay Kumar out of his lengthy and exciting lineup of upcoming movies. After its prequel Jolly LLB 2 starring Akshay Kumar released in 2017, the film has been in development for a long time before officially going on floors in 2024. Jolly LLB 3 Movie Cast

Jolly LLB (2015) was a sleeper hit starring Arshad Warsi, Saurabh Shukla and Boman Irani, the sequel Jolly LLB 2 was released in 2017 starring Akshay Kumar in the lead paired with Huma Qureshi. Annu Kapoor played the antagonist and Saurabh Shukla made a return as judge Sundarlal Tripathi.
The third part of the franchise i.e. Jolly LLB 3 movie 2025 has been in development for many years with the rumours of Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi coming together as the leading Jolly’s for the sequel.The film was officially announced in 2024 featuring Akshay Kumar, Arshad Warsi and Saurabh Shukla in a special announcement video from the sets of the film.
Besides the three, Huma Qureshi and Amrita Rao reprise their roles from the previous films in this sequel. Actor Ram Kapoor on his recent podcast at Cyrus Says also revealed of having a small role in the film as a lawyer against Akshay Kumar and Arshad.

From the announcement video, the two Jolly leads seem to be going against each other in proving oneself as the better one or the “original” one. Keeping in mind all the fun and drama that the franchise is known for, the unpredictable plot and the excitement of watching the three leads together brings a hype which can’t be held inside for long.

Jolly LLB 3 Movie Release Date

Akshay Kumar’s Jolly LLB 3 Upcoming Movie 2025 was previously supposed to release on April 10, 2025, clashing with Sunny Deol’s upcoming movie Jaat. But as per recent reports, Jolly LLB 3 has been postponed to August 2025 to make way for Akshay Kumar’s Kesari Chapter 2 which is also releasing in April. The Jolly LLB 3 trailer release date or Jolly LLB 3 teaser video release is currently unknown but the trailer will most probably release around a month before the confirmed movie release date.
Jolly LLB 3 movie budget is currently not known but it is going to be a very low budget film judging by the fact that Jolly LLB was made with a budget of Rs 10cr while Jolly LLB 2 with Rs 45cr only. The film is shot majorly in Mumbai and Rajasthan. There has not been any Jolly LLB 3 new poster release yet but it may release once the film’s release date approaches.
