Looking at Hrithik Roshan’s filmography, the most memorable films you could find belong to the Krrish franchise. The last installment of the franchise, Krrish 3 was released 11 Years ago and since then, fans have been waiting for its music awaited sequel, Krrish 4.
The film has been under development for a long time but things are finally getting clear regarding the film’s making and release. According to Mid-Day, Hrithik Roshan and team are ready to take the film on floors in Summer 2025.
Unlike the previous parts, Krrish 4 was earlier supposed to be directed by Karan Malhotra, who made his debut with Hrithik Roshan in Agneepath (2012). Rakesh Roshan along with Siddharth Anand were supposed to join the film as producers.
But as per the latest development, the film needed an estimated budget of Rs 700 crore to be made. Due to such a high budget, Siddharth Anand left the film. He had brought Karan Malhotra on board and hence Karan also left along with Siddharth. Very soon, YRF came on board to produce this magnum opus Indian superhero film, helmed by Hrithik Roshan himself. The film will now mark the directorial debut of Hrithik Roshan. Looking at the audience’s reception for big scale entertainers in theatres in the last two years, Hrithik wants to ensure that his superhero film exceeds them all.
